CLINELL UNIVERSAL DISINFECTANT WIPES

Clinell Universal Wipes are the ideal solution for complete disinfection in hospitals and clinics. Their advanced formula combines cationic surfactants with compounds such as quaternary ammonium, phenoxyethanol, and polyhexamethylene biguanide, offering complete protection against a wide range of microorganisms. Specifically designed for surfaces such as beds, instrument tables, keyboards, and non-invasive medical equipment, these wipes ensure effective disinfection without leaving harmful residues. Additionally, their fast and long-lasting antimicrobial effect prevents bacterial resistance, making them ideal for environments that require maximum hygiene and safety.

Composition:

• Benzalkonium chloride: < 0.5%
• Didecyldimethylammonium chloride: < 0.5%
• Polyhexamethylene biguanide: < 0.1%
• Phenoxyethanol: < 0.1%
• Excipients and water up to 100%

Directions for Use:

• Apply directly to the surface to be disinfected.
• Dispose of the wipe as clinical waste after use.
• Allow the surface to dry for 1 minute to ensure disinfection.

Presentation: 100 wipes per package.

Indications:
For disinfecting surfaces such as instrument tables, hospital beds, bathrooms, screens, keyboards, phones, cables, and non-invasive equipment like stethoscopes, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeter probes, incubators, etc.

Physical-Chemical Properties:

• State: Non-woven wet wipe.
• Odor: Light green tea scent, pH: 5-8.
• Vapor pressure (at 25ºC): 24 mmHg.
• Solubility: The solution impregnating the wipe is water-soluble.

Microbiological Efficacy:
Tested according to disinfection standards for phase 2.2, including:

• EN 14561: Bactericidal efficacy
• EN 14562: Yeasticidal efficacy
• EN 14563: Tuberculocidal efficacy
• EN 14348: Mycobactericidal efficacy (including Mycobacterium avium and Mycobacterium terrae), tested under dirty conditions.

Precautions for Use:

• Read the label before use.
• Keep the package closed between uses to prevent drying out.
• Use within 3 months of opening.
• Do not use on invasive or complex medical devices.
