Laboratorios Herbitas has base type insoles, that is to say to be finished as the professional needs and also of many models already semi-finished.

These semi-finished models are very interesting because they are considered to be CE products. Therefore, these models do not require a custom-made Manufacturing License and only the adaptation by the podiatrist.  

TYPES OF INSOLES FOR FEET IN HERBITAS

RESIN AND THERMOPLASTICS

This range is formed by all ECOFLEX and ECOTECH models.

They are available in both ¾ and long models. Lined and unlined. The new ECOTECH range is the result of intense research work and the result is the innovative and attractive insoles. The price is also very competitive.

This range is also formed by CARBOFLEX and HERBIFLEX YELLOW. Other interesting models are GLAS FASER and black POLI.  

EVA AND POLYURETHANE

Our EVA range of insoles is also very wide. We can highlight:

○ All EVALIM models, BLUE and BEIGE Polyurethane.

○ EVALIM EXTRA REBAJADA are a successful product with or without off-loading area and with or without bar or almond. Also, there are models without lower.

○ The new EVASTAR models are more economic.  

GEL AND SILICONE INSOLES

These insoles are designed for finished products, ready to offer to the patient.  

The principal models are: SIFTAL, which are 100% silicone insoles and heel cups. They include inserts, made of extra soft silicone in blue color, to off-load in the heel area and metatarsal zone.

Diaprex Gel is another successful insole. It is ideal for geriatrics, diabetic foot or rest and it is antifatigue. Finally, SILONITE GEL and the ones that are lined.  

DUNIA model has an excellent price similar to the SIFTAL insole with softer off-loadings but more economic.

PATHOLOGIES INSOLES

Firstly, we have insoles models that are already made for different pathologies, such as Cavus Foot, Valgus Foot or Flat Foot. These models include in their interior the necessary elements to carry out the desired correction and they are already lined from above.

We have other types of insoles for pathologies, such as: phlebology and insole for plantar fasciitis.   

JUNIOR

Within the ECOFLEX and EVALIM ranges we found available JUNIOR products such as ECOFLEX JUNIOR, ECOFLEX JUNIOR ARMY and EVALIM JUNIOR.

DIABETIC FOOT INSOLES

We have a wide range of insoles thought for the diabetic person or those who have risk foot, such as: ECOFLEX DIABESOLE, the new ECOTECH DIABESOLE and the DIABETIC of molded resins. They can be adapted to the patient’s foot because they are made of resins.

There are other models available: EVALIM GERIATRICS, DIAPREX GEL, LINED SILONITE, DIABETIC EVALIM DENISSE, EVALIM OFF-LOADINGS made of eva and LAT AIR bases.

SPORTS

SILONITE SPORT are excellent insoles made of Memopur Gel, SPORTSOLE with polyurethane base and the 3g Sport insole already ready for use. Finally, the RUNNING PRO are resin insoles and technic materials of high quality, which some are propellants and others shock absorbers, so they can be adapted to the patient’s foot.

ANTI ODOR INSOLES

SINODOR range includes Sinodor Triple Action model. This product is an insole with triple effect: on the one hand, the activated carbon inhibits sweating and neutralizes bad smell, on the other hand includes SINODOR feet powder, with all its benefits for hyper sweating and bad smell. Also, the lining includes a Sanitized treatment. In this way a joint benefit is achieved and they are the best anti odor insoles on the market.

Moreover, there are SINODOR for children, GREEN SINODOR and NEUTROLOR, which includes a proprietary sheet of feet powder in the surface.

MASSAGE INSOLES

The massage insoles of the LECO MASAJE HERBIFEET range have been famous for many years.

They include a special technology, manufactured with an exclusive continuous thread forming a kind of loops that are those that massage the sole of the foot. This product is also available in the form of glove or mitten for the shower.

This massage, on the sole of the foot, produces an activation of the circulation and a very pleasant and restful effect, relieving pain and increasing blood flow.

LEATHER INSOLES

Laboratorios Herbitas also has a range of leather insoles and heel cups already finished and ready for use.

There is one model that includes metatarsal almond and another anatomic model with rigid thermoplastic base. 

INSOLES TEMPLATES

Laboratorios Herbitas has its own die-cutting service.

We also have different patterns, with wider or normal lasts and even with lasts with the arch over extended, special for thermoforming.

The most common are die-cut in cuerolite material (similar to leather), resins and also thermoplastics, although we can die-cut other materials.

INSOLES ELEMENTS

Our range of elements for making insoles is very wide. It includes arches, bars, wedges, bases and heel cups.

The materials can also be diverse depending on the purpose. For instance, harder materials are used in arches, such as rubber conglomerates and much softer latex is used in metatarsal bars or almonds.

A range of bars and almonds are now available in extra soft with a flesh color. In addition, they are much softer and smooth.
