The Derma Feet 40% Urea Emulgel is an intensive treatment indicated for skin with severe thickening and extreme dryness, such as heels, elbows, or hyperkeratotic areas.

Thanks to its high concentration of urea (40%), it provides a powerful keratolytic, exfoliating, and moisturizing action, helping to reduce skin thickness, soften calluses, and promote their progressive removal.

Its formula enriched with glycerin and dimethicone helps maintain deep and long-lasting hydration, forming a light protective film that improves elasticity and prevents water loss.

The result is softer, more flexible, more even, and visibly renewed skin, with a progressive reduction of thickened areas.
