CLEANING AND CARE:

Manual Cleaning:

  • Whenever possible, clean dry using cold water and neutral soap if necessary.
  • Use a soft-bristled plastic brush for hard-to-reach areas.
  • Dry the instrument immediately with an absorbent cloth.

Cleaning and Disinfection:

  • Immerse in a solution of distilled water with a suitable disinfectant.
  • Perform the process in an ultrasonic bath or tank, following the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions.
  • Avoid overlapping instruments during cleaning.

Lubrication:

  • Before sterilization, apply a protective oil to joint areas and move the instrument to distribute it evenly.

Sterilization:

  • Sterilize at 121°C for 15 minutes or at 134°C for 3 minutes in an autoclave.
