 PROCUBE 3D PRINTER

The PROCUBE 3D Printer is a professional solution developed for manufacturing custom podiatric orthoses using next-generation 3D printing technology. Its system produces insoles with a high level of precision, speed and repeatability, overcoming the limitations of traditional mould-based methods.

Thanks to its dedicated software, developed by podiatrists for podiatrists, the practitioner can modify all insole parameters in just a few minutes through a simple and intuitive interface. Different Shore hardness levels can be assigned to each area, while offloading elements, wedges, posts and fully customised features can be added to each design.

The printer supports both horizontal and vertical printing, producing lightweight, flexible, breathable, durable and fully customised insoles for all types of patients, from athletes to geriatric patients or those with at-risk feet.

Its touchscreen facilitates equipment control throughout the printing process, while WiFi, Ethernet and USB connectivity provide convenient and efficient job management.
