Return Conditions
First of all, you must notify your wish to return by sending an email to pedidos@herbitas.com briefly explaining the reason.
Please note that in many cases, we can help resolve the issue together, saving you time and inconvenience. You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item. Remember that no exchange or return can be made if the item is used, incomplete, or damaged. The return must be made in its original packaging, otherwise, the item may lose value. Items specially made for that sale (upholstered items, specific measurements, special colors, etc.), including labor, as well as those that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be sold to third parties, or any other that is a special order from the customer or outside the catalog standards, cannot be returned.
Return Process for an Item
You must send it to our facilities at the following address: C/ Periodista Badía 13B. Polígono Industrial El Moli, 46134, Foios- Valencia. Attention: Quality Department, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, just as it was received, including the sales receipt with the incident number and an indication of whether you wish to exchange it for another item or request a refund.
Any item returned without its original packaging may lose value. If the return is due to an error attributable to Herbitas (wrong shipment, product defect, shipping damage, etc.), we will take care of the pickup and exchange or refund, at no cost to the customer. In other cases, the customer must pay the shipping fees. No return will be accepted without an incident number.

In case of a return request and if payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must also provide us with your account number with the IBAN to process the refund. If the payment was made by card or PayPal, this will not be necessary, as the refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account.

Refund Process
Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund immediately. If you request an exchange for another item, please specify which item you would like. If there is a price difference in favor of Herbitas, you will need to pay the difference by cash on delivery when you receive it or by bank transfer in advance, according to your preference. If the difference is in your favor, Herbitas will process the refund as explained above.

Order Cancellation
If you have already paid for your order, please remember that only orders that have not yet left our warehouse can be modified. We will make the requested changes as long as it is possible.
