Return Conditions
First of all, you must notify your wish to return by sending an email to pedidos@herbitas.com briefly explaining the reason, along with the purchase invoice and photos of the item.
Please note that in many cases, we can help resolve the issue together, saving you time and inconvenience. You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. Remember that no exchange or return can be made if the item is used, incomplete, or damaged. The return must be made in its original packaging, otherwise, the item may lose value. Items specially made for that sale (upholstered items, specific measurements, special colors, etc.), including labor, as well as those that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be sold to third parties, or any other that is a special order from the customer or outside the catalog standards, cannot be returned.
Item return process
You must send it to our facilities at C/ Periodista Badía 13B, Polígono Industrial El Moli, 46134, Foios- Valencia, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, as received. The package must include the delivery note with the incident number and an indication of whether you wish to exchange it for another item or request a refund.
Any item not returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition will not be accepted.
- If the reason for the return is an error attributable to Herbitas (wrong shipment, product defect, transport damage, etc.), we will take care of collection and exchange or refund, at no cost to the customer.
- If it is for other reasons, then the customer must pay the shipping costs. No return will be accepted without an incident number.

In case of a return request and if payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must also provide us with your account number with the IBAN to process the refund. If the payment was made by card or PayPal, this will not be necessary, as the refund will be made to the same card or PayPal account.

Please note:
- Sterile products cannot be returned once the original outer packaging has been opened.
- Likewise, certain items that, due to their nature or composition, are considered hazardous goods cannot be returned, as they do not ensure a safe return for the transport company. These products are clearly marked with a specific warning on their packaging and on the product’s web page.
Refund Process
Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund immediately. If you request an exchange for another item, please specify which item you would like. If there is a price difference in favor of Herbitas, you will need to pay the difference by cash on delivery when you receive it or by bank transfer in advance, according to your preference. If the difference is in your favor, Herbitas will process the refund as explained above.

Order Cancellation
If you have already paid for your order, please remember that only orders that have not yet left our warehouse can be modified. We will make the requested changes as long as it is possible.
