Return Conditions

Firstly, you must notify your wish to return by sending an email to pedidos@hebitas.com, explaining the reason briefly. 

Please note that on many occasions we can help solve the problem together, saving your time and inconvenience. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. Remember that you cannot proceed to any exchange or return if the item is used, incomplete or damaged. The return of the article will have to be done in its original packing; the article can suffer a depreciation if it was not. Items manufactured expressly for that sale (upholstery, specific measures, special colors, etc.) which include labor, those which for reasons of hygiene cannot be sold to third parties, or any other whose origin is a special order from the customer or outside the standards of the catalogue, will never be subject to return by the customer.

 

Return Process for an Item

You must send it to our facilities at C/Jose Ridaura Alcaide, 27-29. Polígono Industrial El Moli, 46134, Foios- Valencia. To the attention of the department of quality, in its original packing and in perfect state, as it was received, including in the package the sales delivery note with the number of incidence and an indication of if you want to change it for another article or on the contrary the refund of its amount.

Any item not returned in its original packaging may be subject to depreciation. If the reason for the return is an error attributable to Herbitas (wrong shipping, product defect, transport damage, etc.) we will take care of the collection and exchange or return, without the customer has any expense. If it is for other reasons in that case the customer must pay the postage. No returns will be accepted without an incident number.

In case of requesting return and if the payment had been made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must also indicate the account number with the IBAN to proceed to the payment of the amount. If it was made by card or Paypal, it will not be necessary since the payment is made to the same card or to the Paypal account.

Reimbursement  Process

Once we receive the item and check that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount immediately. You must indicate which article you want if you request an exchange for another article. If there is a difference in price in our favor, you must pay it by cash on delivery or by bank transfer in advance, as you decide. Herbitas will proceed to carry it out, as it is explained in the previous point, if the difference were in your favor.

Order Cancellation

If you have already paid for your order, remember that you can only modify orders that have not left our warehouse. We will make the requested changes whenever possible. 

In this case you must notify us of the change or cancellation as soon as possible by phone 963627900 or email pedidos@herbitas.com indicating the number of the order.
