EVA COMPACT

The Compact is a material made from EVA copolymers (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), widely used in the manufacture of plantar orthoses.

It is suitable for both the manufacture of corrective and functional insoles, allowing the level of correction or comfort to be adapted according to the hardness of the material.

It is a resistant, stable and versatile material, ideal for structural applications such as bases, postings and corrective elements, offering a good balance between rigidity and adaptability.

• Thickness: 2 mm.
• Color: Purple or beige depending on reference.

• Density: 0.27 – 0.37 g/cm³.
• Hardness (Shore A): 55 – 65°.
• Abrasion: 0 – 275 mm³.
• Compression set: 18 – 28 %.
• Shrinkage: max. 3.0 %.
• Flexion: 0 %.
• Tear resistance: 1.7 – 2.7 N/mm.
• Elongation at break: 100 – 200 %.
• Tensile strength: 3.0 – 4.0 MPa.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Working temperature between 80 °C and 120 °C.
• Can be vacuum molded.
