PROCUBE 3D KIT - PRINTER + SCANNER

The PROCUBE 3D Kit is a complete solution for the manufacture of custom orthotic insoles using 3D printing technology. It combines the PROCUBE 3D printer with a 2D/3D foot scanner, enabling professionals to carry out the scanning, design and manufacturing process for insoles tailored to each patient's needs.

The PROCUBE 3D printer allows the manufacture of insoles with customised designs, offering precision, repeatability and ease of modification. Its technology supports printing in both horizontal and vertical orientations, providing flexibility throughout the manufacturing process.

The foot scanner simultaneously performs a 2D scan of the plantar surface texture and a 3D scan of the foot's anatomy, producing a high-resolution textured image. This 3D digital podoscope function allows professionals to observe details of the plantar surface, such as calluses, plantar corns (IPK), verrucae and ulcers, facilitating the design of custom-made insoles.

The scanning process takes approximately 5 seconds and accommodates feet up to EU/FR size 55.

The kit includes software developed by and for podiatrists, designed to facilitate the independent creation and modification of insoles. It allows users to adjust hardness (Shore) in different areas, modify arch height, width or the heel cup, and incorporate additions, pressure-relief areas, wedges and posting elements.

It also allows users to save designs for future reproduction, scale insoles to different sizes and personalise them with names or logos.

The resulting insoles can be lightweight, flexible, breathable and durable, with different densities and finishes depending on the design and filament used. They can also be ground and covered to complete their adaptation to the patient.

The PROCUBE 3D Kit includes training and guidance to facilitate learning and use of the system.
