Herbiform Basic is a material made from EVA copolymers (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), one of the most widely used thermoplastics in the manufacture of foot orthoses.
It is suitable for the production of both corrective and functional insoles. Higher hardness provides greater corrective effect, while lower hardness increases comfort.
This material is very lightweight, washable, and has low water absorption. It is easy to cut, glue, and heat-mold, facilitating its use in orthopedic and podiatric work. It also provides a slight cushioning and propulsion effect, enhancing comfort during daily use.
