Thermoformable microperforated EVA sheet, lightweight and stable, indicated for the manufacture of corrective and functional insoles, one of the most widely used thermoplastics in the production of foot orthoses.
The Perforated Herbiform is a material made from EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) copolymers, one of the most widely used thermoplastics in the manufacture of plantar orthoses.
It is indicated both for the manufacture of corrective and functional insoles, allowing the corrective effect to be adjusted according to hardness. The higher the hardness, the greater the corrective effect; with lower hardness, greater comfort is achieved.
It is a very lightweight, washable material with low water absorption, easy to cut and bond, thermoformable by heat and with good dimensional stability. Its microperforated closed-cell structure promotes air circulation, providing comfort and slight impact absorption.
INDICATIONS
Manufacture of standard insoles.
Manufacture of corrective or functional insoles.
Lining of orthoses as internal padding, outsole and midsole.
Provide comfort and stability.
