INITIAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Check visual and mechanical condition before use.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize before first use and after each use.
• Immediately discard damaged, rusty, or broken instruments.
  

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Remove visible dirt immediately after use.
• Avoid long waiting times before reprocessing (<1 h).
• Prefer dry cleaning; if not sufficient, wash with distilled water in cavities and grooves.
• Use a soft-bristle plastic brush.
• Dry carefully with a lint-free cloth or compressed air.

Disinfection and sterilization

• Disinfect in an ultrasonic bath with an appropriate solution.
• Sterilize in autoclave (Europe):

15 min at 121 °C (110 kPa) or
3 min at 134 °C (210 kPa).

Lubrication

• Apply protective oil to joints before sterilizing.
• Open and close several times to distribute and remove excess.

• Do not use metal brushes or abrasive products.
• Do not wash or sterilize together with materials other than stainless steel.
• Exclusive use by qualified professionals.
• Keep out of reach of children.
