STE CLASS B AUTOCLAVE 18 LITRES

The STE Class B 18-litre Autoclave is a professional sterilisation unit equipped with an ultra-quiet vacuum pump that enables fast and efficient cycles.

It features different sterilisation programmes and operates at 121 and 134 ºC. It also includes a specific 105 ºC cycle for disinfecting plastics and allows B&D, Helix and vacuum tests to be performed.

Its LCD graphic display continuously shows information related to the sterilisation process, including temperature, pressure and equipment status. It also features visual and acoustic sensors to monitor the amount of water in the tanks.

To facilitate process recording, it includes a USB memory port for storing information and a USB port for connecting an external printer. The unit complies with the EN 13060 standard.

INSTALLATION:

  • Leave at least 10 cm of free space around the steriliser and 25 cm above it.
  • Leave sufficient space to allow the door to open fully.
  • Install the unit in a well-ventilated area.
  • Place the autoclave on a table capable of supporting its weight and at a suitable height for operation.
  • Do not cover or block the ventilation outlets or grilles.
  • Do not install the steriliser near water sources.
  • Keep the unit away from other heat sources.

MAINTENANCE:

  • Daily: clean the door gasket and external surface.
  • Weekly: clean the water reservoir and sterilisation chamber.
  • Every 6 months: replace the bacteriological filter.
  • Annually: replace the door gasket.
  • Use only distilled water to help ensure correct operation and extend the service life of the steriliser.
