The GVS Bacteriological Filter is specifically designed for use in Class B medical autoclaves. Its main function is to facilitate the release of internal steam after sterilization cycles, ensuring that the microbial load remains under control. Thanks to its hydrophobic glass microfiber filtering material, it provides exceptional filtration efficiency, reaching 99.99% for 0.3-micron particles.

The compact filter design, with 1/8-inch 20mm BSP threaded connectors and a 3mm vent hole, allows for easy integration into medical equipment such as ventilators and oxygen concentrators, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Its high-strength polypropylene housing ensures durability and safety in hospital environments.

With a lifespan of up to 5 years, this filter is reusable and can be autoclave sterilized at 121 ºC up to three times. It is packaged as a single unit in an individual plastic bag, ready for immediate use in hospitals, laboratories, and other professional sterilization environments.
