The 4PL Vacuum Machine is a professional pressing platform designed for the thermoforming of insoles and thermoplastic materials. It incorporates a heating system and vacuum pump, allowing different processes to be carried out using a single unit.

It has the capacity to thermoform up to 4 insoles simultaneously and allows different tasks to be combined, including TAD, vacuum, heat, pressing and impression cushions.

It features a vacuum gauge for checking pressure and timers for both the vacuum system and heat application. It also incorporates two additional outlets: one for taking moulds and another for resin lamination using the direct TAD technique.

The unit is integrated into a cabinet with a lower compartment and four castors, two of which have brakes, making it easier to store, move and position the machine in the work area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Position the insole components according to the requirements of the work.
• The components can be bonded with adhesive if necessary.
• Place the insoles or materials in the machine and position them on the working platform.
• Place a silicone sheet over them to keep the incorporated components securely in position.
• Adjust the required parameters according to the instructions for use.
• Start the vacuum thermoforming process.

BEFORE STARTING:

• Check that the technical condition of the machine is correct.
• Read the instructions for use carefully before operating the equipment.
• Check that all safety devices are installed and activated.
• Ensure that the part to be thermoformed is free from moisture, grease, loose plaster residue or other materials that are not properly adhered.
• The moulds must be completely clean and dry.

• Depending on the substance being processed, vapours harmful to health may be generated.
• Do not process flammable substances.
• Use heat-protective gloves.
• Check that the orientation of the lid leaves sufficient space for it to be handled correctly.
