The single-component contact adhesive stands out for its high viscosity and extensive working time. With a yellowish caramel color, it offers excellent stability for a period of 6 months if kept in its original container, tightly closed, and in a cool, dry place. This adhesive is specially designed for the footwear, leather goods, and upholstery industries, perfect for bonding a wide variety of materials including leather, leatherette, plastic laminates, metal, wood, felt, rigid PVC, EVA, resin, among others. Additionally, it is free from compounds like toluene, making it safer for use.

Directions for Use: Specially designed for bonding leather and leatherette soles to leather cuts in footwear. It can also be used as a general-purpose contact adhesive, suitable for bonding plastic laminates, metal, wood, felt, leather, rigid PVC, EVA, resin, etc.

Technical Specifications:

• Composition: Polychloroprene Base, Solvents: Cyclohexane, Ethyl Acetate, Hydrocarbons, C6, Isoalkanes, < 5% n-hexane, Hydrocarbons, C7, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics, Others: Formaldehyde, Polymer with 4-(1,1-dimethyl) phenol.
• Content: 1 liter of adhesive.
• Presentation: 1 container with one liter of adhesive.

Instructions for Use:

1. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
2. Apply the contact adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded using a brush.
3. Medium-short drying time, between 15 to 20 minutes depending on the nature and porosity of the materials, humidity, ambient temperature, or thickness of the adhesive layer.
4. Possibility of reactivation by heat through exposure to an appropriate heat source (infrared, flash), at around 65-75ºC after the open contact time has elapsed.
5. Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean of dust, sanding residues, grease, and mold release agents.
