STICK PRO PP - ADHESIVE FOR 3D PRINTING OF ORTHOTIC INSOLES

Stick PRO PP is a 50 ml adhesive designed to improve the adhesion of printing material to the print bed during the manufacture of orthotic insoles using 3D printing technology.

It has been specially developed for use with the PROCUBE 3D Printing Filament Roll - Carbon Fibre (Ref. 21.113.154) in the PROCUBE 3D printer (Ref. 21.113.144), during vertical printing processes.

Its formulation acts as a thermally activated interfacial layer, promoting interaction between the printing surface and the material used at both microscopic and molecular levels. This provides a strong adhesion base throughout the printing process.

It also features a spring-loaded tip applicator system that makes it easier to distribute the adhesive across the print bed. Its water-based formulation allows product residue to be removed using a damp sponge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Shake the container before use.
2. Press the applicator tip against the printing surface to release the adhesive.
3. Apply the product over the entire surface of the print bed.
4. Carry out the printing process using the temperature recommended by the printing material manufacturer.
5. Once printing is complete, allow the print bed to cool before removing the insoles.
6. Carefully detach the insoles. If they are difficult to remove, use a spatula to assist removal.

IMPORTANT: The container operates using a spring-loaded system. Do not squeeze the bottle without first pressing the tip against the surface, as the applicator could come loose and cause product wastage.

CLEANING:

1. Use a damp sponge to moisten any adhesive residue remaining on the print bed.
2. When it comes into contact with water, the adhesive will form a white layer that can be easily removed.
3. Once the adhesive layer has been completely removed, clean the surface with a damp cloth.
4. Finish cleaning using dry paper.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling.

STORAGE:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Protect from direct sunlight.
• After use, store the container upright with the cap securely fitted.
• Avoid leaving adhesive residue on the applicator tip, as this could cause it to stick to the cap.
