Ortho 2000 Silicone

Ortho 2000 is a fluid silicone.

This product has a grey/beige viscous fluid and sticky touch.

Ideal for the special orthotics manufacture, since permits its mixture with tubular bandages combination as TUBINET, TUBESOUMA, GAUZES, and so on.

It can manufacture extra thin and flexible orthotics but resistant due to the textile reinforcement in the interior.

HOW TO APPLY IT:

1) Cutout an appropriate tubular or gauze piece.

2) Pour the suitable silicone quantity in a siliconized paper or in a plastic plate.

3) Pour the catalyst in the appropriate quantity (from 5 to 10%).

4) Knead in combination with the added bandage.

5) Apply the silicone and the bandage to the orthotics and model. Put a plastic in the area.

6) Once extracted and after 10 minutes the orthosis, can betrimmed and perfected.
