LUNASOFT SL black is a material manufactured from EVA copolymers (ethylene-vinyl acetate), widely used in the production of orthopedic insoles and plantar orthoses. It belongs to the range of Nora® materials, internationally recognized for their high quality, durability and excellent mechanical properties.
Thanks to its microporous structure, this material provides an excellent recovery memory, high walking comfort and outstanding dimensional stability. It performs optimally in machining, polishing, bonding and thermoforming processes, facilitating technical work in orthopedic workshops and laboratories.
The material is thermoformable between 110 and 130 ºC, allowing precise adaptation to different functional requirements. Its smooth finish, lightweight nature and pleasant skin contact make it ideal for standard, corrective, sports or functional insoles.
