USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1
Heat the insole using a heat gun, oven, or vacuum machine to proceed with molding.
STEP 2

Next, they should take a few steps with the orthotic still warm to imprint the shape of the foot dynamically until it cools down.
