Herbiform Multicolor Green is a sheet material made from EVA copolymers (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), widely used in the manufacture of orthoses and insoles thanks to its lightness, stability and ease of handling. It is a thermoplastic material, washable, with low water absorption, non-toxic and very easy to cut, glue and work with during fabrication processes.
Its medium hardness (35 ± 5 Shore A) provides the ideal balance between comfort and corrective capacity:
Lower hardness → greater comfort
Higher hardness → greater corrective effect
The sheet is smooth, closed-cell (does not absorb water) and thermoformable with caution, making it a versatile material both for insole covering and for surface layers of functional orthoses.
