MAGIC FILTER FOR ENBIO AUTOCLAVES

The Enbio Magic Filter is a filter designed to recycle the water used by the autoclave. It contains an ion-exchange resin that treats wastewater until it reaches the required deionized water level for reuse with Enbio autoclaves.

Its operation makes it possible to reuse water after sterilization processes, reducing consumption and avoiding unnecessary water waste. Its simple design makes installation easy and allows it to be used with both Enbio S and Enbio Pro.

The resin inside also acts as a visual indicator of the filter's condition. Initially, it is dark blue and gradually changes to amber as it loses its purification properties. When the resin becomes completely amber, the filter must be replaced.

As long as the blue color remains visible, the resin retains its purification properties, providing water hardness below 0.02 mmol/l and conductivity below 15 µS/cm.

FILTER REPLACEMENT:

• The filter must be replaced every 6 months or sooner if the resin changes completely from blue to amber.
• As long as blue resin remains visible, the filter retains its purification properties.
• When the contents of the filter become completely amber or ochre, it must be replaced with a new one.
• Failure to replace the filter when required may interrupt the sterilization process and void the autoclave warranty.

MAINTENANCE:

• Check the water tank at least once every three months to ensure that the appropriate parameters are maintained.
• If contamination is detected, empty and clean the tank.
• After cleaning, refill the tank with fresh deionized water.
