The Herbiform Plus Perforated is a technical material made of Foam polyurethane, specially developed for the manufacture of insoles, outsoles and midsoles, with the possibility of thermoforming.
Its microperforated structure with fine and regular pores enhances breathability and air circulation, improving user comfort. It offers high resistance to pressure, torsion and abrasion, as well as strong rebound resilience, ensuring stability and durability.
It is a skin-compatible, non-toxic, hygienic, washable and sweat-resistant material. It can be easily bonded with adhesive or heat-welded to similar plastic materials. It does not shrink and maintains excellent mechanical stability even under demanding conditions.
