VILLALSYSTEM INSOLES FOR AT-RISK FEET

The VillalSystem DIA-B Insoles represent an evolution within the VillalSystem range, differing from the standard model through the use of a softer and more deformable material, which allows a progressive and very comfortable adaptation to the foot’s anatomy.

Their construction using 5 mm brown Herbal Foam across the entire base and an additional 5 mm horseshoe in the rearfoot provides a final thickness of 10 mm in the back area, improving shock absorption and load distribution during walking.

This softer material facilitates use in individuals with at-risk feet; always under professional assessment, as each case requires specific adjustments.

The semi-finished design allows the podiatrist to speed up their work, reduce manufacturing times and make quick modifications according to clinical needs.

Clear difference compared to standard VillalSystem Insoles:

Standard VillalSystem: medium density → greater firmness.
VillalSystem DIA-B: softer material, greater progressive deformation capacity, more suitable for sensitive or at-risk feet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Apply heat (heat gun, oven or vacuum) on the side where the horseshoe is located.
• Place in the patient’s footwear and check the molding.
• With the user seated, put on the shoe and hold for a few seconds.
• If comfortable, have the user walk a few steps with the orthosis still warm.
• After cooling, perform necessary posting and polishing.
• Finally, cover for added comfort.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
