INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Apply heat (heat gun, oven or vacuum) on the side where the horseshoe is located.
Place in the patient’s footwear and check the molding.
With the user seated, put on the shoe and hold for a few seconds.
If comfortable, have the user walk a few steps with the orthosis still warm.
After cooling, perform necessary posting and polishing.
Finally, cover for added comfort.
