VACUUM PRESS, VACUUM + T.A.D.

The Vacuum Press, Vacuum + T.A.D. is a professional platform designed for the thermoforming and pressing of orthopaedic insoles, equipped with a built-in vacuum pump that allows different materials used in the manufacture of foot orthoses to be processed.

Its 430 x 330 mm working surface allows the simultaneous thermoforming of 2 insoles, facilitating insole production in the orthotic workshop.

It features on/off switches, a vacuum gauge to monitor pressure and a timer for the vacuum system, providing professionals with greater control during operation.

It also incorporates two additional outlets: one for taking moulds and another for producing resin laminates using the direct technique (T.A.D.). This configuration allows different tasks to be carried out simultaneously, combining vacuum, pressing and T.A.D. processes.

The platform features a high-strength silicone cover and a porous Teflon base, materials suited to the requirements of thermoforming work.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Prepare the insole components and arrange them in the desired configuration. If necessary, they can be secured with adhesive.
Place the insoles or materials on the Vacuum working platform.
Position the silicone sheet to hold the components in place.
Carry out the vacuum and pressing process following the equipment's instructions for use.
