The Floor-standing Sander with Suction Turbine is a professional unit designed for sanding and polishing work in clinical and orthotic environments. Its compact design allows for full maneuverability, while the integrated suction system ensures excellent debris collection, keeping the work area clean.
It features a system of hoppers with individual closures, which optimizes suction during use, and an automatic closure for cleaning the waste bag. The lower module includes a wide and convenient access door to the turbine, equipped with a high-power motor to guarantee efficient extraction.
A key feature is its new air curtain, designed to prevent projected particles from falling onto the professional. In addition, it includes LED lights to improve illumination of the sanding area and anti-slip leveling feet, which reduce vibration and provide stability during operation.
The suction gates, strategically placed on the housing, have an enlarged design to make full use of the system’s power. The unit also incorporates an activation push button with emergency stop and guards that prevent dust dispersion.
