The 7021 Tungsten Carbide Bur is a professional rotary instrument made of tungsten carbide and characterised by its fine design.

This model features a superfine grit identified by a blue ring and a 0.1 mm tip. Its reduced diameter allows precise work to be carried out.

It can operate at a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm and can undergo cleaning, disinfection and steam autoclave sterilisation processes.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION:

• The instrument is supplied non-sterile.
• Clean visible dirt immediately after use using a soft plastic-bristle brush.
• If dry cleaning is insufficient, clean with water and neutral soap using a plastic-bristle brush.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning, paying particular attention to hard-to-reach areas.
• Disinfection may be carried out manually or using ultrasonic cleaning, with detergents or disinfectants suitable for the instrument material.
• If the instrument is lubricated, it is recommended to use enzymatic detergents first and disinfectants afterwards.
• Dry completely after rinsing.

STERILISATION:

• During sterilisation, do not mix different materials in the same sterilisation pouch.
• Sterilise in a steam autoclave at a maximum temperature of 134 ºC.

STORAGE:

• Store in a clean, dry environment.
