STRAIGHT DISSECTION FORCEPS STRETCH

The Dimeda Stretch Dissection Forceps is a precise instrument for separating, approximating, and holding tissues safely and with minimal trauma. Its stainless steel construction and serrated knurling in the grip area ensure firm control even when wearing gloves. The round and serrated tips improve tissue grasp without causing damage.
Dimeda instruments meet high quality standards and are supplied non-sterile for cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization before first use and after each procedure. Medical device Class I.

Tissue holding and approximation by compression.
Atraumatic separation and approximation of tissue planes.

CLEANING, DISINFECTION, AND STERILIZATION:

  • Remove visible dirt immediately; avoid long delays before reprocessing.
  • Prefer dry cleaning; if insufficient, wash at < 40 °C including cavities and grooves (preferably with pressurized water).
  • Disinfection: immerse in ultrasonic bath with suitable disinfectant; rinse thoroughly with distilled water and dry completely (lint-free cloth/compressed air).
  • Sterilization: pre-vacuum fractionated process, 134 °C · 5 min, 3 pre-vacuum cycles, vacuum drying ≥ 20 min. 


 
PRECAUTIONS AND CARE: 

  • For use exclusively by qualified personnel.
  • Visual and functional inspection before each use; remove broken, damaged, or rusted instruments.
  • Avoid abrasive materials and metal brushes; do not mix with other metals in ultrasonic cleaning (prevents corrosion/galvanization).
  • Storage: cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
