PROFESSIONAL PEDICURE AND PODIATRY FILE 25 CM

The 25 cm Professional Pedicure and Podiatry File is made of stainless steel and designed to provide comfortable and precise handling during professional use.

Its design features an ergonomic handle with indentations for the thumb and index finger, providing a firm grip and facilitating control of the file during use.

It features a 13 x 4.5 cm filing surface onto which compatible adhesive abrasive refills can be attached, allowing the abrasive surface to be replaced when necessary without having to replace the entire instrument.

The file is supplied non-sterile, but is designed to be reused, cleaned, disinfected and sterilised correctly before first use and after each use. Abrasive refills are sold separately.

PRESENTATION:

• One plastic blister pack containing a 25 cm Professional Pedicure and Podiatry File made of stainless steel.
• Adhesive abrasive refills are sold separately. 

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION:

• Remove visible dirt immediately after using the instrument to prevent residues from drying.
• Avoid waiting periods of more than 1 hour before reprocessing.
• Whenever possible, initially remove residues using a dry cleaning method.
• When necessary, clean using distilled water.
• A soft-bristled plastic brush may be used to remove visible dirt.
• For cleaning and disinfection, an ultrasonic cleaner or bath with distilled water and a suitable disinfectant may be used.
• After disinfection, rinse thoroughly with distilled water.
• Dry the instrument completely, paying particular attention to cavities, grooves and hard-to-reach areas.
   

STERILISATION:

• The file can be steam sterilised.
• According to the technical data sheet, the following cycles may be used in Europe:
• Minimum 15 minutes at 121 ºC and 110 kPa.
• Minimum 3 minutes at 134 ºC and 210 kPa.
• Before using the instrument for the first time and after each use, the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation process must be carried out correctly.

• Must be used by properly trained and qualified personnel.
• Perform a visual and functional inspection before each use.
• Do not use broken, damaged, rusted or deteriorated instruments.
• Avoid abrasive materials and metal brushes during cleaning.
• Keep out of reach of children.
   

WARRANTY:

• 5-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by rust or corrosion.
• Damage resulting from use other than that indicated.
