INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Place the heel pad on the back of the shoe, making sure it fits properly.

The heel pad is washable with water and neutral soap.

After each wash, it is advisable to sprinkle lightly with talc.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Always use the heel pads on both feet (except in cases of medical prescription).
