MINIPOD BAROPODOMETRIC PLATFORM

MINIPOD is a compact and portable baropodometric platform developed for healthcare professionals, designed to perform static and dynamic plantar pressure analysis.

Its particularly compact design, weighing just 1 kg and only 10 mm thick, makes it easy to transport and provides a plantar pressure analysis system that can be used in different working environments.

The platform features 800 self-calibrating resistive sensors distributed over an active surface area of 200 x 400 mm and offers an acquisition rate of up to 100 images per second, allowing pressure distribution to be recorded and visualised during standing and walking.

MINIPOD works with the PodoCapture application, available for Android devices. The application allows users to view measurements, add photographs, voice notes and written notes, and quickly generate an automatic report that can be printed using a Wi-Fi printer.

In addition, its USB Type-C power supply provides great flexibility of use, as it can be connected to the supplied charger or powered from other compatible USB sources, such as a computer or external battery.

PLANTAR PRESSURE ANALYSIS:

MINIPOD enables the distribution of plantar pressures to be analysed under both static and dynamic conditions, providing visual information on the patient's weight-bearing pattern.

Thanks to its 800 sensors and an acquisition rate of up to 100 images per second, the platform can record pressure changes during the different phases of weight-bearing and walking.

The MINIPOD platform works together with the PodoCapture application, available for Android devices.
