Flexible, spongy and highly biocompatible, it provides a sensation of comfort and long-lasting relief. Its low hardness makes it especially suitable for diabetic or high-risk feet, as well as for treating claw toes or hammer toes.

GIULIA A+B PODIATRIC SILICONE EXTRA SOFT

The GIULIA A+B Podiatric Silicone is an extra-soft hardness silicone specially formulated to provide a superior cushioning and palliative effect, delivering maximum comfort from the first use.

Thanks to its sponginess and elasticity, this silicone allows the creation of custom-made orthoses that recover their original shape after compression, ensuring optimal impact absorption and a great sense of relief during daily activities or prolonged efforts.

It is ideal for creating padding, interdigital separators and palliative orthoses, offering long-lasting comfort and protection in sensitive areas. Its very low hardness makes it especially suitable for diabetic feet, at-risk feet or patients who cannot tolerate rigid orthoses.

The silicone features a slow recovery memory, accompanying the natural movement of the skin and joints without causing friction or excessive pressure. It also offers high biocompatibility, dimensional stability and excellent precision during fabrication.

Its progressive curing facilitates shaping and final adjustments before complete hardening, allowing an exact and customised fit for each patient.

 

INDICATIONS FOR USE:

  • Fabrication of palliative and protective orthoses
  • Interdigital separators, padding and offloading
  • Treatment of bunions, tailor’s bunion, claw or hammer toes
  • Patients who do not tolerate rigid orthoses
  • At-risk or diabetic feet
  • Need for comfort and pressure redistribution

PRESENTATION:

  • GIULIA Kit 200 g (A+B) or GIULIA Kit 50 g (A+B), depending on reference.
  • Includes both components and dosing spoons.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  • Mix equal quantities of components A and B.
  • Knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Mould the orthosis according to the patient’s needs.
  • Perform final adjustments before full curing thanks to its progressive catalysis.
  • Includes dosing spoons to avoid incorrect ratios.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Do not use latex gloves (they interfere with catalysis).
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

  • Store in its original packaging
  • Keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place
  • Recommended temperature: < 30 °C
