Extra long Podo Mandrel

Mandrels offer a precise fit to the abrasive sleeve, ensuring high safety in foot medical care. Unlike other products, these mandrels allow for an easy and quick change of the abrasive sleeve at the end of the treatment. Their extra-long version is specially designed to perform more extensive sanding compared to the standard size. They are ideal for treating heels and large or thick hyperkeratosis (11 mm), as well as hyperkeratosis on the back of the toes, interdigital corns, or for polishing the toe pads (5 mm). The abrasive sleeves are single-use products and should not be reused or sterilized.

MANDREL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during use: eye protection and a suitable mask for particles.
2. Do not exceed the maximum revolutions indicated on the product. Use within the rpm range indicated on the labeling.
3. Do not apply excessive pressure with the handpiece.
4. Read the instructions for use carefully before use.
5. Perform circular movements to prevent the skin from overheating.
6. Avoid excessive polishing time on the same area of the skin.

STORAGE:

Mandrels can be disinfected in an ultrasonic cleaner and sterilized at a maximum of 121ºC in an autoclave.
