Manual cleaning
Remove visible debris immediately to prevent corrosion.
Perform dry cleaning when possible; otherwise use distilled water.
Use a soft-bristle plastic brush.
Dry completely with lint-free cloth and compressed air.
Cleaning and disinfection
Use ultrasonic cleaners or trays with appropriate detergent/disinfectant.
Keep joints open during the process.
Rinse thoroughly with distilled water and dry well.
Lubrication
Before sterilization, apply protective oil (ref. 13.859.1 or 13.859.2).
Open and close to distribute the oil.
