COARSE-GRIT SANDING CAPS

The Herbitas Podo Sanding Caps are high-quality single-use abrasive devices specifically designed for professional foot care.
Made with organic cotton backing, phenol-free resin and an outer layer of coarse corundum, they provide optimal performance for the reduction of calluses, corns and hyperkeratosis with smooth, safe and effective application.

Their design is optimized to prevent cutting injuries, reducing aggressiveness on the skin and allowing work with minimal pressure, helping to decrease professional fatigue.
They also feature an anti-adhesive effect that reduces the accumulation of skin debris, maintaining a cleaner and more comfortable working surface.

Thanks to their controlled action, they are recommended even for diabetic patients, providing safety and precision during the procedure.
They are used mounted on a mandrel and micromotor, allowing smooth work within the range of 7000–10000 rpm (max. 11000).

Available in four diameters and two content formats (10 or 50 units), allowing the professional to select the most suitable size for each application area.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Select the appropriate cap for the mandrel.
• Mount it with a slight turn to the right.
• Attach to the micromotor and work within the indicated rpm range.
• Use smooth, circular movements to avoid overheating.
• Do not reuse: single-use caps.
• Mandrels: can be disinfected in ultrasound baths and sterilized at 121 ºC.
   

PRECAUTIONS:

• For use only by qualified professionals.
• Wear protective goggles and mask.
• Do not reuse or sterilize the caps.
• Do not exceed the maximum recommended rpm.
• Do not apply excessive pressure.
• Avoid prolonged use in the same area.

• Keep in original packaging until use.
