REUSABLE AND STERILIZABLE

PRESENTATION

USAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize the instrument before first use and after each application.
  • Visually and mechanically check before use.
  • Do not reuse if damaged, broken, or rusted.



CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Remove visible dirt immediately after use.
  • Dry cleaning is recommended; if not sufficient, use distilled water and a soft-bristle brush.
  • Disinfect with appropriate products, preferably in an ultrasonic bath.
  • Carefully dry with lint-free cloth or compressed air.
  • Lubricate with protective oil before sterilization.
  • Autoclave sterilization: minimum 15 min at 121 °C (110 kPa) or 3 min at 134 °C (210 kPa).

  • Avoid abrasive materials during cleaning.
  • Do not mix with other metals in ultrasonic baths to avoid corrosion.
