ADSON MICRO FORCEPS WITH TEETH

The Dimeda Adson Micro with Teeth is a precision instrument for microsurgery and fine dissection. Its narrow tip with 1×2 tooth improves grip on very small surfaces, facilitating vessel clamping, flap separation and suture assistance with control and minimal tissue trauma.
Manufactured in stainless steel under Dimeda quality standards, it is supplied non-sterile and designed for reprocessing (cleaning, disinfection and steam sterilization). Class I medical device.

PRESENTATION:

• 1 unit in plastic pouch.
• Non-sterile instrument → sterilize before first use.

INITIAL RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Visual and mechanical inspection upon receiving the instrument.
• Hand wash with neutral soap before first use.
• Remove dirt as soon as possible; avoid long waits before reprocessing (< 1 h).

CLEANING, DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION:

• Prefer dry cleaning; if insufficient, wash < 40 °C including grooves and cavities (pressurized water).
• Disinfection: immersion in an appropriate disinfectant solution, ultrasonic bath; follow manufacturer’s time/temperature; rinse with distilled water and dry thoroughly (lint-free cloth/compressed air).
• Steam sterilization (fractionated pre-vacuum): 134 °C · 5 min · 3 pre-vacuums; vacuum drying ≥ 20 min.
• Avoid corrosion: do not use abrasives/metal brushes; do not mix with non-stainless materials in ultrasonics; thoroughly dry cavities and recesses.
