ACHILES UNIT

The Achiles Unit is a professional solution designed to bring together all the elements required for podiatric treatments in a single workstation, combining ergonomics, functionality and mobility.

The cabinet is manufactured from 19 mm wood-fibre particle board, with a white lacquered exterior finish and blue details. It features two drawers and one shelf, providing space to organise the instruments and accessories used during treatment.

The unit incorporates a powerful 150 W micromotor with speeds of up to 40,000 rpm, together with a variable rheostat foot pedal that allows the rotation speed to be adjusted. It also features a brushless turbine suction system, characterised by its robustness, power and low noise level.

To improve visibility of the working area, it is equipped with an adjustable circular magnifying lamp with LED lighting, featuring 60 LEDs and a 127 mm diameter lens.

Its structure incorporates 4 low-noise castors, two of which are front castors with brakes, making it easy to move the unit while ensuring stability during use. In addition, the rear of the unit features 2 Schuko-type power sockets for connecting other devices.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION:

• Switch off and unplug the unit before carrying out any cleaning or disinfection procedure.
• Clean the external surfaces with soapy water.
• For disinfection, use products specifically intended for hospital use.
• Apply the disinfectant product to disposable paper and not directly onto the unit.
• Use non-abrasive disposable paper or sterile gauze.
   

SUCTION BAG REPLACEMENT:

• The unit uses the Universal Suction Bag Ref. 20.025.5.
• Periodically check the fill level of the bag.
• It is recommended to replace it when it reaches approximately half of its capacity.
• In the case of occasional or short-term use, it is recommended to replace it every 6 months.
• Always check that the bag is correctly positioned after replacement.

SPARE PARTS:

• Universal Suction Bag - Ref. 20.025.5.

The bag should be replaced periodically to ensure the correct operation of the suction system.

 
WARRANTY:

1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
