HARDNESS: soft, medium, or hard, according to reference.
The filament rolls for the 3D printer NewFeet DualPRO are made with high-quality materials, following all standards to offer the best results in the creation of insoles through 3D printing. Unlike other 3D printing filaments, this one stands out for its high dimensional precision (tolerance and roundness), ensuring fully flexible, breathable, and highly resistant insoles.
3D printing filaments are composed of elastomeric polymers and thermoplastic polyurethane, widely used to create flexible, durable, and high-quality products.
COMPATIBILITY:
Skinny rolls are compatible with the 3D printer DualPRO (ref. 21.113.78) or the DualPRO printing kit (ref. 21.113.77).
FILAMENT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Ideal for manufacturing custom insoles, orthopedic products, and other applications requiring flexibility, resistance, and dimensional precision.
Soft hardness rolls: indicated for insoles for at-risk feet.
Medium hardness rolls: indicated for insoles for daily use and comfort.
Hard hardness rolls: indicated for corrective insoles.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
MATERIAL: Elastomeric polymers and thermoplastic polyurethane
COLOR AND HARDNESS:
Ref. 21.113.90: black - medium
Ref. 21.113.91: crystal - medium
Ref. 21.113.92: gray - medium
Ref. 21.113.93: green - medium
Ref. 21.113.94: lilac - medium
Ref. 21.113.95: white - medium
Ref. 21.113.96: pink - medium
Ref. 21.113.97: orange - medium
Ref. 21.113.98: yellow - medium
Ref. 21.113.99: transparent - medium
Ref. 21.113.100: carbon - hard
Ref. 21.113.101: light blue - soft
Ref. 21.113.102: brown - soft
All the materials mentioned above have flexibility in all directions. The light blue material is especially malleable and compressible. Those with intermediate hardness also have notable flexibility, although it is reduced in thicker areas. On the other hand, carbon fiber is considerably rigid, although it retains some bending capacity when its thickness is minimal.
Regardless of their level of hardness and flexibility, these materials are highly resistant and do not fracture. They are ideal for supporting heavy loads without the risk of deformation or breakage.
DENSITY: 1.36 g/cm³
PRINTING TEMPERATURE: 225-230 °C
BREAK ELONGATION: 170 kN/m
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PREPARATION: Adjust the printer to the recommended printing temperature (225-230 °C) and ensure that the printing bed is at 0 °C.
LOADING: Insert the filament into the 3D printer.
PRINTING: Select the desired design and start printing.
FINALIZATION: Once the insole is printed, place a base material and a lining for a perfect finish.
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight to maintain the quality and durability of the filament.
