Prontosan® Gel is a hydrogel for cleaning, decontamination, and hydration of wounds.

The gel format allows for sustained action of the active ingredients in the wound.

For excellent results, Prontosan® Solution should be used to clean the wound before initiating treatment with Prontosan® Gel.

This will provide a sustained effect in intimate and lasting contact with the wound until the next dressing change.

The wound's surface should be covered with a layer of gel at a thickness of at least 3-5mm.
