Evastar Mocca

The Evastar Mocca is a material manufactured with EVA copolymers (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), widely used in the production of orthotic insoles. Its main feature lies in its versatility for making corrective and functional insoles. The hardness of the material influences its corrective effect, offering greater correction with higher hardness and greater comfort with lower hardness. In addition to its easy handling and adaptability, it presents properties such as lightness, washability, low water absorption, and stability. The Evastar Mocca sheet comes in measurements of 50 x 90 cm, with a thickness of 2 mm and a hardness (Shore A) of 35-40º. It is thermoformable between 100-120 ºC and has good dimensional stability.

• Manufacture of standard insoles and lining of orthoses.
• Production of corrective or functional insoles.
