Leukosilk

Leukosilk is a tape designed to meet the needs of podiatrists. This product is designed to fix dressings of all types and sizes to intact skin for short periods of time, offering durability, tensile strength and exceptional adhesive power.

Leukosilk is made of a cellulose acetate fabric, and its adhesive mass, composed of acrylic copolymer, is skin-friendly, providing secure fixation without compromising patient comfort. Its breathability prevents maceration, allowing the skin to breathe during the healing process.

Outstanding for its practicality, Leukosilk is tearable with the hands in both transverse and longitudinal directions, allowing for precise and personalised use. The absence of latex makes it safe for a variety of patients, and its high tensile strength ensures its effectiveness even in active movements.

In addition, Leukosilk is radiolucent, eliminating the need to remove it during X-rays, and is thermostable over a wide temperature range, from -40 to 70 ºC.
