The Metatarsal Pad 9025 is an orthopedic component designed to provide support and comfort in the metatarsal area of the foot. Its anatomical heart-shaped design facilitates metatarsal offloading, helping to reduce pressure in this sensitive area. Made from high-density green synthetic latex gel (SBR), it ensures optimal cushioning and excellent breathability.

This prefabricated element is designed to be easily integrated into the production of orthopedic insoles and is adaptable by professional technicians. Available in four different sizes (0, 1, 2, and 3), it is supplied in bags of 10 pairs.

Thanks to its mechanical properties — such as a density of 260 kg/m³ and compression resistance of 80 Kpa — this pad offers an ideal balance of support, durability, and comfort. It is also breathable, recyclable, and easy to cover with leather or suitable fabrics.
