Hypafix

Hypafix is an adhesive, non-woven fabric with a free sheet for secure fixing. It is made of white polyester material and coated with hypoallergenic adhesive.

Hypafix also provides complete coverage of the entire dressing, reducing the risk of contamination.

Its excellent conformability simplifies configuration around the joints and body contours to allow greater freedom of movement for the patient.

The tape is permeable to air and moisture, helping to reduce the risk of maceration.

Hypafix is also radiolucent, so it does not have to be removed for either radiotherapy or x-ray examinations.
