Dermatophyte Reactivity

Autoclaved dry cells of Dermatophytes at a concentration of 300 µg/mL were added to the extraction solution to assess the reactivity of the assay. The kit was reagent with those listed below.

Trichophyton mentagrophytes, T. rubrum, T. tonsurans, T. violaceum, T. verrucosum, Microsporum gypseum, M.canis,Epidermophyton floccosum.
