The FIRST BLADES Scalpel Blades are manufactured from standard carbon steel (CS) and sterilized by gamma radiation, ensuring safety, precision, and sharpness quality in every procedure.

Designed to fit compatible scalpel handles, they allow for precise incisions in soft tissue, offering an optimal combination of strength, sharpness, and control. They are intended for professional healthcare use, particularly in podiatry and minor surgery.

Each blade is individually packed in double-sided aluminum foil, ensuring sterility until the moment of use. Single-use product, not reusable or resterilizable.

Blades compatible with Handle No. 3:

  • No. 10 – 43 mm x 8 mm – Large incisions (curved shape). Highly suitable for IPK, HPQA, tylomas, and papillomas.
  • No. 11 – 43 mm x 6.5 mm – Narrow incisions (lance shape).
  • No. 15 – 40 mm x 4 mm – Small and precise cuts. Suitable for IPK debridement, enucleation, and spiculotomy.

Blades compatible with Handle No. 4:

  • No. 20 – 46 mm x 9 mm – Long and wide incisions in deep tissue.
  • No. 21 – 54 mm x 11 mm – Long and wide incisions in deep tissue.
  • No. 22 – 59 mm x 11.5 mm – Long and wide incisions in deep tissue.
  • No. 23 – 51 mm x 10 mm – Long and wide incisions in deep tissue.
  • No. 24 – 55 mm x 11 mm – Long and wide incisions in deep tissue.

WARNINGS:

  • Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged.
