LOGIQ-E R8 Ultrasound System

The General Electric LOGIQ e R8 ultrasound system is an all-terrain device that combines the capabilities of a portable system with the image quality and applications of the LOGIQ range.

It is designed and optimized for musculoskeletal ultrasound, featuring specific and innovative transducers for musculoskeletal tissue and software assistance to identify the cause of pain, guide treatments, and monitor patient progress.

Its imaging engine is derived from GE console systems, providing sharp images in a portable package. It comes with a user-configurable probe with 4 buttons, allowing users to choose the parameter assigned to each button (gain, focus, depth).

GE L4-12t-RS Linear Ultrasound Probe

The most notable feature of this new probe is its lighter and ergonomic design. The placement of buttons on the top and side of the probe handle facilitates the use of needle guides and the placement of PICC lines.

With the GE L4-12t-RS button probe, you can use the linear transducer as a remote control to operate your ultrasound system as needed. This reduces examination time and makes scanning easier and more comfortable for both the sonographer and the patient by minimizing movements and tension.

ADVANTAGES:

Simplicity: The LOGIQ e software and specialized transducers help simplify procedures. The LOGIQ e offers various advanced applications and is optimized for musculoskeletal imaging, allowing you to focus on the patient.

Enables PDI quantification and provides a numerical representation of blood flow, which can be associated with inflammation, tumors, and synovitis.

Consistent results: The Patient Tracking and Fusion Tool helps ensure technical consistency from one examination to another, aiding clinical conclusions that cannot be achieved with inconsistent techniques.

Easy comparison: Comparing left to right or before and after is sometimes crucial for clinical decision-making. Simultaneous split-screen display makes comparison almost automatic.

Fast: Whether measuring again for clinical reasons or evaluating productivity for business purposes, the LOGIQ e is designed to provide quick assistance.

No need for a third person: With a needle in one hand and a probe in the other, adjusting the image often requires another person. With the probe-controlled system, an additional person is not necessary.

Motion imaging test: Compact and with a portable battery, the LOGIQ e allows flexibility in moving from patient to patient.

Accuracy: Visualizing the source of pain (bony or soft, shoulder or finger, obese or thin, superficial or deep) is crucial. Precise scanning is at the core of the LOGIQ e.

Nearly whole-body imaging: The 1-5MHz curved transducer is versatile for applications from shoulder to hip, even for obese patients. Other imaging probes go up to 22MHz for impressive superficial detail.

Early detection of inflammation and disease: High-resolution PDI is an exclusive GE technology for visualizing flow in neovascularization.

Needle tip visualization: The LOGIQ e uses two distinct ultrasound types—one for tissue and one for metal. This helps highlight the needle and allows control over needle appearance.

3D view: Use any probe to intuitively display anatomical relationships with advanced Easy3D.
